FSA and 10+ years of US life and annuity experience required; role reports to the Vice President of Reinsurance and is fully onsite.
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Lead ALM initiatives: SAA optimization, asset modelling, scenario and capital analysis
- Support peer review of reinsurance pricing and assist structuring reinsurance transactions
- Provide cross-functional thought leadership with Risk, Investment and Finance teams
- FSA required with 10+ years in US life and annuity sector, strong annuity focus
- Fully onsite role in Minneapolis reporting to the Vice President of Reinsurance
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- 10+ years US life and annuity sector experience
- Annuity product development experience
- Asset-liability management (ALM)
- AAT, PBR and economic balance sheet expertise
- Reinsurance transaction support and structuring
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- FSA designation required
- 10+ years experience in US life and annuity sector with strong annuity experience
- Deep ALM knowledge including AAT, PBR and economic balance sheet
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future
