JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Maintain actuarial, population health and fee-for-service models
- Analyze cost, utilization, PMPM trends, risk scores and stop-loss exposure
- Work with Databricks, SQL and Python; build Power BI visualizations
- Partner with Finance, IT, Contracting and Medical Management
- Senior Analyst level with 3–5 years healthcare actuarial/analytics experience
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Healthcare analytics or actuarial analysis
- Fee-for-service and value-based payment models
- Claims data analysis and CMS methodologies
- Risk adjustment and HCC familiarity
- Monitoring PMPM trends and stop-loss exposure
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Math, Finance, or related
- 3–5 years of healthcare analytics, actuarial analysis, or managed care
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with Databricks and Python
- Knowledge of claims data, CMS methodologies, risk adjustment, HCC
- Experience with Power BI and creating effective data visualizations
