Position Summary
Support CVS Health's financial integrity with sound reserving and risk management practices as well as product designs that meet customer needs and pricing that produces returns to shareholders commensurate with the risks undertaken. Actuarial is responsible for anticipating and recognizing matters that materially affect financial integrity and making sound, unbiased reports on these issues.
What you will do:
- Provide actuarial support for Medicaid markets.
- Support business partners to enhance the impact of existing projects and potential new initiatives.
- Communicate evaluation results and changes to business stakeholders.
- Become the subject matter expert for various projects and be the main actuarial support for plan business partners

Required Qualifications
- Passed at least 2 actuarial exams
- 1+ years of actuarial experience in healthcare setting
- Proficient in Excel with programming experience
- 1 year experience in analytic experience
- Demonstrated success in collaborating with others to meet/exceed expectations.
- Experience working with standard Microsoft Office product suite.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Medicaid
- Experience with SQL
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Math, or related areas

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$79,310.00 - $158,620.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
