JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Participate in a 12–24 month actuarial rotation across life, annuity and A&H
- Create and maintain actuarial models to inform management decisions
- Develop analyses with minimal oversight and explain results to non-technical stakeholders
- Work in Hartford, CT as part of the Nassau Actuarial team
- Ideal for candidates with 2–4 years experience and 4+ SOA exams passed
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Life insurance product experience
- Annuities product experience
- Accident and health product experience
- Actuarial modeling and reserving
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 2–4 years of actuarial experience
- 4–8 Society of Actuaries exams successfully passed (minimum 4)
- Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or related field
- Strong modeling skills with Excel, VBA, Access, PolySystems, Python or R
- Must be able to work in Hartford, CT (onsite)
