JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

  • Develop insurance liability models for pricing, valuation, hedging and ALM
  • Work in GA Risk's liability modelling platform and validate models
  • Support onboarding of institutional transactions and new product launches
  • Present findings to Risk management and other stakeholders
  • Based in Des Moines office with 4 days per week onsite expectation

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

  • Life and annuity modelling
  • Insurance liability modelling for pricing and valuation
  • Modelling complex insurance products

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline required
  • 2+ years in life and annuity or actuarial/financial consulting
  • 2+ years building insurance models for complex products
  • Proven experience with insurance liability modelling for pricing/valuation
  • Must be eligible to work in the US; visa sponsorship is not available
