JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

- Mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and plan terminations
- Consulting project coordination and budget management
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 2–4 years of pension and benefit consulting experience
- Experience performing pension valuations (ERISA, ASC 715, ASC 960)
- Knowledge of benefit program design and regulatory requirements (IRS/DOL/ERISA/PBGC/409A/PPA)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and budgets to maintain client profitability
- Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
