DOMAIN EXPERTISE

KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 2–4 years of experience in a pension and benefit consulting firm or related industry
- Knowledge of benefit program design and regulatory requirements (ERISA, IRS, DOL, PBGC)
- Ability to manage projects, budgets, and multiple client deliverables
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Eligible to work in the US without immigration sponsorship
