HIGHLIGHTS

You will maintain and enhance production AXIS models, build projection capabilities for US GAAP/Statutory and Bermuda EBS, and partner with risk, investments, and finance. Hybrid role based in Nashville, TN.

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Maintain and enhance production AXIS models for in-force life and annuity blocks
Perform projections for US GAAP, statutory and Bermuda Economic Balance Sheet
Develop and test new modeling capabilities and automate actuarial workflows
Use Python (or R/C++) and BI/database tools to support projections
Hybrid role based in Nashville, TN; senior individual contributor

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

modeling, pricing, valuation, or risk management
EBS or Solvency II experience (preferred)
AXIS actuarial projection software
US GAAP and Statutory projection experience
assumption development and peer reviews

KEY REQUIREMENTS

FSA or ASA with 3+ years post-ASA required
4+ years insurance experience in modeling, pricing, valuation, or risk management
Proficiency in Python or similar (R Studio, C++)
Experience with AXIS or similar actuarial projection software
Undergraduate degree required
