Senior Health consulting actuary role focused on ACA risk adjustment for U.S. health plans, with relevant exposure to Medicare Advantage and Medicaid. You will lead analyses and client engagements, advise health plan executives, and manage multidisciplinary actuarial teams. The position is available remotely from anywhere in the United States or from a company office.
Requirements
Must have
- Bachelor's Degree
Strongly preferred
- 7+ years of healthcare actuarial experience in Medicaid, healthcare reform, ACA, Provider Sponsored Organizations or Medicare Advantage
- Demonstrated experience leading ACA risk adjustment analytics within a health plan or leading strategic risk adjustment consulting engagements
- Strong knowledge of the full risk adjustment lifecycle, including coding, submissions, analytics, provider engagement, and regulatory requirements
- Familiarity with client management and ability to decide independently what actions should be taken
- FSA designation
