Requirements

Strongly preferred

Qualified actuary (FIA/FAA or equivalent)
DB Pension experience
Experience leading a team and people management skills
Good IT skills
Project management and time management skills
Excellent communication and networking skills
Ability to take forward new ideas
Willingness to communicate and develop junior team members

Nice to have

Scheme Actuary certificate or lead consultant on some corporate projects
