JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Design and lead end-to-end mortality models for longevity markets
- Support pricing with data-driven mortality assumptions and insights
- Work with R or Python, SQL and Snowflake on large datasets
- Hybrid role (LI-HYBRID) based in Missouri, US
- Senior-level role requiring 6+ years of statistical modeling experience
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Statistical model development (regression, trees, time series)
- Advanced exploratory data analysis of large datasets
- Feature engineering for predictive models
- SQL and data warehousing (Snowflake/Oracle)
- Excel/VBA for data manipulation and reporting
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 6+ years developing statistical models (regression, trees, time series)
- Bachelor’s degree in Math, Statistics, Actuarial Science, or related
- Proficient in R or Python
- Strong spreadsheet skills (Excel/VBA) and SQL / Snowflake experience
- Advanced exploratory data analysis and feature engineering skills
