Lead predictive modeling, analytics, and data-pipeline development to support medical economics, payment integrity, pricing and trend measurement. Senior individual contributor responsible for mentoring, delivering dashboards, and communicating results to senior leadership.
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Lead design and deployment of predictive models for medical economics and payment integrity
- Work with claims and healthcare data to produce trend measurement and forecasting
- Build data pipelines and high-impact dashboards using Snowflake, Python, SQL and Tableau
- Mentor junior data scientists and coordinate with product, IT and business owners
- Flexible work persona based in Boston, MA
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Healthcare analytics and health plan operations
- Experience working with claims data (major plus)
- Medical economics, trend measurement, and forecasting
- Deploying predictive models in production environments
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5 years of healthcare analytics experience
- BA/BS required (MS/MPH/PhD may substitute for experience)
- Experience deploying predictive models and advanced statistical techniques
- Proficiency with Python, SQL and Tableau; Snowflake preferred
- Strong communication with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
