JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Lead reserving (IBNR, PDR) for Medicaid and DSNP products
- Manage a team of actuarial managers and analysts
- Develop predictive models on large healthcare datasets
- Support Health Annual Statement actuarial certifications and audits
- Remote within U.S.; Minneapolis/DC hires require 4 days/week in office
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Medicaid and DSNP reserving
- Medical cost reporting and reserve analysis
- Experience with monthly close cycles
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- ASA or FSA designation required
- 8+ years of actuarial experience
- Bachelor's degree required
- Willingness to work during the monthly close cycle
