JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Lead ORSA drafting and regulatory risk submissions for a P&C carrier
- Analyze capital model and stress test outputs to assess solvency
- Maintain enterprise risk register and KRI reporting
- Hybrid role supporting the CRO and preparing Board materials
- Senior role requiring 4–7 years ERM/reinsurance/actuarial experience
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Enterprise risk management in P&C
- ORSA and regulatory submissions
- Capital modelling and stress testing
- Familiarity with NAIC and AM Best guidance
- Emerging risk analysis (cyber, climate, AI)
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 4–7 years of ERM, reinsurance, actuarial, finance, or related P&C experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Actuarial Science, or related
- Experience with ORSA and regulatory submissions (state/NAIC/AM Best)
- Hands-on experience with capital modelling and stress testing
- Ability to prepare Board- and executive-level risk materials
