DOMAIN EXPERTISE

  • Capital modelling and stress testing
  • Familiarity with NAIC and AM Best guidance
  • Emerging risk analysis (cyber, climate, AI)

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • 4–7 years of ERM, reinsurance, actuarial, finance, or related P&C experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Actuarial Science, or related
  • Experience with ORSA and regulatory submissions (state/NAIC/AM Best)
  • Hands-on experience with capital modelling and stress testing
  • Ability to prepare Board- and executive-level risk materials
