JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Own product strategy and lifecycle for Hagerty's personal auto programs
- Monitor profitability, retention, loss ratios and translate insights into action
- Work cross-functionally with actuarial, underwriting, claims, filings and marketing
- Use SQL, Tableau and modeling platforms (Python, R, Radar) for forecasting
- Fully remote role from any U.S. location; senior individual contributor

- Data analysis using SQL and Tableau
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in insurance product management, pricing, or underwriting
- Strong knowledge of auto insurance products, pricing methodologies, and filings
- Proficiency with SQL, Tableau and advanced Excel; familiarity with Python or R
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics or related
- Experience launching and scaling insurance products across multiple states
