DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- P&C insurance experience (8+ years)
- Personal lines homeowners product or state product management (6+ years)
- Catastrophe management and state-specific underwriting/pricing
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 8+ years of P&C experience with minimum 6 years in personal lines homeowners
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Finance or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in catastrophe strategy, pricing, or homeowners product management
- Strong analytical and project management skills for fast-paced delivery
- Ability to work remotely; employer cannot sponsor work visas
