Senior Manager, Health Actuarial pricing role for Oscar’s ACA Exchange markets, open remotely across most U.S. states. You’ll lead analysts, oversee regional rate development, advise Market P&L and Product teams, manage regulatory submissions, and shape pricing strategy. The role requires 7+ years of quantitative analysis experience and an ASA, FSA, or SOA-track background.
Requirements
Strongly preferred
- College degree in a STEM field
- Associate or Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (SOA), or on the track to become one
- 7+ years of quantitative analysis experience
Nice to have
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills
- Strong understanding of health insurance concepts and nuances
