JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Lead implementation, launch, and post-management of the TCUP umbrella rating plan
- Own actuarial analyses and recommend pricing adjustments as market conditions evolve
- Manage and develop one individual contributor; support talent initiatives
- Work closely with underwriting, product, and support teams to drive outcomes
- Use SQL and SAS alongside MS Office for quantitative analysis
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Umbrella rating plan implementation and performance monitoring
- Actuarial and quantitative analysis for product pricing
- Cross-functional collaboration with underwriting and product teams
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Associate Actuarial Credential required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- 3+ years of quantitative analysis experience (minimum requirement)
- Management experience with direct reports
- Proficiency in SQL and SAS
