Senior Manager health actuarial role focused on ACA Exchange risk adjustment for Oscar Health. You will develop risk-score and market-morbidity predictions, maintain forecasting and reporting models, support monthly financial close, and lead audit deliverables. The role reports to the VP, Actuarial and is fully remote for eligible U.S. residents, with occasional travel.

Requirements

Strongly preferred

  • College degree or commensurate skills attainment
  • Associate or Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (SOA)
  • 6+ years of quantitative analysis experience
  • ACA Risk Adjustment expertise
  • ACA Pricing/MedEcon expertise
  • Non-ACA Risk Adjustment expertise

Nice to have

  • Strong understanding of health insurance concepts and nuances
