Senior Manager role in Clover Health’s remote US Medicare Advantage actuarial organization. You will lead the Actuarial Strategic Operations Command Center, integrating financial, operational, and actuarial insights, monitoring enterprise performance, and supporting executive decisions. The role combines people leadership, cross-functional strategy, reporting, automation, and AI-enabled analytics.

Requirements

Must have

Associate or Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and Member of the American Academy of Actuaries
7-10 years progressive experience in actuarial, healthcare finance, or related fields
Advanced SQL and Excel skills

Strongly preferred

Demonstrated experience using Python or R
Experience applying AI to improve analytical workflows or business decision-making
Strong understanding of Medicare Advantage economics
Experience leading and developing senior analysts or finance professionals
Strong communication and executive presentation skills

Nice to have

Experience in managed care or healthcare actuarial functions
