JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Lead a team responsible for pricing, ratemaking, and model maintenance
- Manage rate methodology, rate plan review, and state compliance
- Oversee loss reserve, loss incurred, and loss adjustment expense analysis
- Hybrid role — minimum 10 days/month in Madison, WI or Boston, MA offices
- Requires ACAS or FCAS and P&C pricing/reserving expertise
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- P&C pricing and ratemaking
- Loss reserve and loss adjustment expense analysis
- Statistical actuarial modelling and projections
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Associate or Fellow in the Casualty Actuarial Society (ACAS or FCAS)
- Demonstrated leadership managing an actuarial team
- Solid knowledge of P&C pricing, rates, and regulatory constraints
- Experience performing statistical/actuarial analysis and modeling
- Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
