JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

  • Lead actuarial model development, validation, optimization and transformation for life and annuity clients
  • Advise on financial and regulatory reporting, including emerging frameworks like VM-22
  • Work with major actuarial platforms (AXIS, Prophet, PolySystems, PathWise, ALFA)
  • Senior Manager level — 8+ years' experience and FSA required
  • Hybrid client-serving role with expected 40–60% in-person and travel to clients

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

  • actuarial model development and validation for life/annuity products
  • experience with actuarial modeling platforms (AXIS, Prophet, ALFA/Integrate, PathWise, PolySystems)
  • financial and regulatory reporting experience (STAT/GAAP and emerging frameworks)
  • ALM and asset modelling including asset/liability interaction

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • 8+ years of relevant experience
  • At least 4 years of people and/or project management experience
  • Fellowship in the Society of Actuaries (FSA) required
  • Strong knowledge of major actuarial modeling platforms (AXIS, Prophet, PolySystems, etc.)
  • Willingness and ability to travel to meet client needs
