KEY REQUIREMENTS

FCAS (or equivalent casualty credential) required
Typically 15+ years of analytics‑centric experience
Proven track record leading complex actuarial and strategic engagements
Familiarity with R, Python, SQL preferred; advanced Excel and PowerPoint required
Ability to own client relationships and drive consultative sales
