You will lead consultative sales, design actuarial and strategic solutions (pricing, reserving, capital/DFA), build scalable service offerings, and oversee delivery of complex engagements from a hybrid Chicago/Minneapolis/New York base.
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Lead consultative sales and relationships with C‑suite at insurers and reinsurers
- Design and scale actuarial solutions across pricing, reserving, and capital/DFA
- Oversee multidisciplinary delivery and serve as trusted advisor to executives
- Hybrid role – Chicago, MN, or New York (other locations considered)
- FCAS required with typically 15+ years of analytics-centric experience
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Property/casualty insurance experience
- Reinsurance advisory or strategy experience
- Actuarial consulting delivering complex engagements
- Leading pricing, reserving, or capital/DFA projects
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- FCAS (or equivalent casualty credential) required
- Typically 15+ years of analytics‑centric experience
- Proven track record leading complex actuarial and strategic engagements
- Familiarity with R, Python, SQL preferred; advanced Excel and PowerPoint required
- Ability to own client relationships and drive consultative sales
