You will own plan discovery, translate DB rules to developers and operations, design test plans, and validate pension calculations. Senior IC role based in Merrimack, NH with a hybrid cadence (onsite every other week).

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Lead onboarding and implementation of Defined Benefit pension plan clients
Own discovery, read plan docs, SPDs, and valuation file specifications
Design and review comprehensive test plans to validate DB calculations
Work with developers and data teams to debug and certify calculations
Hybrid role – onsite every other week in a Fidelity office

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

Defined Benefit pension plan consulting
DB calculation and valuation system experience
Drafting and reviewing test cases for DB calculations
Reading plan documents, SPDs and valuation file specifications
Working knowledge of pension laws and ERISA

KEY REQUIREMENTS

10+ years of Defined Benefit pension plan experience
Deep expertise in DB plan mechanics and documentation
Experience with DB calculation or valuation systems and spreadsheets
Proven project leadership delivering implementations on time and budget
Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
