JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

  • Analyze Auto Bodily Injury claims trends across Personal and Business Insurance
  • Assess reserve adequacy and frequency/severity trends, support predictive modeling
  • Build dashboards and analyses using SQL, Snowflake, Tableau, ThoughtSpot
  • Hybrid role — expectation of 3 days/week in office (Tue–Thu) for local hires
  • Senior individual contributor who drives initiatives and presents to executives

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

  • Auto bodily injury claims analytics
  • Severity management and litigation strategy analytics
  • Frequency and severity trend analysis and reporting
  • Reserve adequacy assessment and predictive modeling for injury outcomes
  • Experience working with Snowflake/Oracle, SQL and Tableau/ThoughtSpot

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Proficiency in SQL for managing and manipulating large datasets (required)
  • Experience with data analytics tools such as Snowflake, Oracle, Tableau, ThoughtSpot
  • Strong ability to communicate insights and influence senior stakeholders
  • Experience delivering predictive modeling and frequency/severity analysis
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and drive critical initiatives independently
