Senior P&C pricing actuary for North American Programs based in New York. You will lead pricing analyses, refine pricing models, support state filings and advise on treaty/reinsurance impact. Senior individual-contributor role with cross-functional collaboration and a hybrid (3 days/week) office expectation.
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Lead pricing analyses and rate monitoring for North American Programs
- Develop and refine pricing models and methodologies
- Support state rate filings and provide input on treaty placements
- Collaborate with Reserving, Risk, Finance, Claims, and Data & Analytics
- Hybrid role — be in office 3 days per week (New York)
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- pricing or reserving experience
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- ACAS or FCAS (or equivalent) required
- Demonstrated experience in pricing, reserving, or related actuarial functions
- Strong communication skills for non-technical audiences
- Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple projects
- Be in the office 3 days per week
