JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Lead enterprise-wide reinsurance transformations and actuarial modernization
- Advise C-suite clients and drive business development in reinsurance tech
- Design and implement actuarial platforms (Prophet, AXIS, MoSes) and cloud migrations
- Oversee large $5M+ technology programs and vendor selection
- Remote role (ideally located in St. Louis, MO); senior practice leadership
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- life and health reinsurance operations
- internal capital model implementations (ICM) and ORSA
- Solvency II, IFRS 17, LDTI regulatory reporting
- implementing actuarial modelling platforms (Prophet, AXIS, MoSes)
- leading $5M+ technology programs in reinsurance
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 20+ years in life and health reinsurance industry
- 10+ years leading IT initiatives, system implementations, or solution architecture
- Proven record leading large-scale ($5M+) reinsurance technology programs
- Deep knowledge of internal capital models, Solvency II, IFRS 17, LDTI
- Hands-on experience with Prophet, AXIS, or MoSes implementations
