HIGHLIGHTS

Senior P&C-focused risk analyst in Los Angeles supporting enterprise risk management and analytical reporting. You will lead projects, analyze complex financial and statistical information, and consult with clients. ACAS (Associate of the CAS) is preferred and travel is required.

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Support enterprise risk management and complex financial/statistical analysis
Lead projects and mentor junior staff on small project teams
Consult with clients on a regular basis
Prepare and summarize results in written and presentation formats
Role based in Los Angeles with required overnight travel

Enterprise risk management methods and processes
Actuarial discipline experience
Financial statement analysis and accounting principles

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Legally authorized to work in the United States
Ability to compile, analyze, present, and interpret complex financial data
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statement interpretation
Ability to travel and be away from home more than one day and night
In-depth knowledge in actuarial discipline and ability to work independently
