JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Structure and price North America financial reinsurance (FINSOL) transactions
- Build pricing models and analyze risk and profitability of life reinsurance
- Support deal execution, RFP responses, negotiations and approval memos
- Client-facing role interacting with L&H risk officers and senior executives
- Senior individual contributor based in Charlotte, NC (hybrid) with some travel
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Life insurance or reinsurance transaction pricing, valuation or financial reporting
- Familiarity with NAIC RBC, BSCR or Solvency II capital regimes
- Proficient in building Excel models for projected balance sheets and income statements
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Qualified life actuary (FSA, FIA or career ASA) with at least 8 years' experience
- Strong background in life insurance or reinsurance pricing, valuation, or reporting
- Familiarity with NAIC RBC, BSCR or Solvency II capital regimes
- Proficient building Excel models projecting balance sheets and income statements
- Bachelor's degree
