JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

  • Lead commercial insurance actuarial pricing for Chubb’s Commercial Insurance division
  • Manage an actuarial pricing staff of over 50 people
  • Own and refresh rating plans, pricing models, and associated rating systems
  • Drive portfolio profitability studies, forecasting, and financial planning
  • Collaborate with capital, catastrophe, and reinsurance teams

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

  • Commercial insurance pricing and rating plan ownership
  • Profitability studies for Commercial Insurance portfolios
  • Forecasting to support divisional financial planning
  • Individual account pricing and actuarial referral governance

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience leading large actuarial pricing teams
  • Experience owning commercial insurance rating plans and pricing models
  • Track record performing portfolio profitability studies and forecasting
  • Ability to collaborate with capital, catastrophe, and reinsurance teams
