JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Lead Finance organization covering accounting, FP&A, actuarial analysis, and rate development
- Provide strategic financial counsel for Medicaid, Medicare, and other populations
- Own budgeting, forecasting, regulatory reporting, and financial investments
- Hybrid role — expected in Portland office 2–3 days per week
- Senior executive role with direct people leadership and project sponsorship
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Managed care and healthcare experience
- Medicaid and Medicare plans experience
- Strategic finance leadership
- Actuarial analysis and rate development oversight
- Budgeting and forecasting for health plans
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 10 years' related experience with strategic finance leadership
- Minimum 5 years' experience in the managed care or healthcare industry
- Experience overseeing actuarial analysis, rate development, and risk adjustment
- Proven people leadership with responsibility for building and managing teams
- Ability to work hybrid in Portland, OR office (2–3 days/week)
