HIGHLIGHTS

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

  • Lead Finance organization covering accounting, FP&A, actuarial analysis, and rate development
  • Provide strategic financial counsel for Medicaid, Medicare, and other populations
  • Own budgeting, forecasting, regulatory reporting, and financial investments
  • Hybrid role — expected in Portland office 2–3 days per week
  • Senior executive role with direct people leadership and project sponsorship

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

  • Managed care and healthcare experience
  • Medicaid and Medicare plans experience
  • Strategic finance leadership
  • Actuarial analysis and rate development oversight
  • Budgeting and forecasting for health plans

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 10 years' related experience with strategic finance leadership
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in the managed care or healthcare industry
  • Experience overseeing actuarial analysis, rate development, and risk adjustment
  • Proven people leadership with responsibility for building and managing teams
  • Ability to work hybrid in Portland, OR office (2–3 days/week)
