JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Lead enterprise actuarial strategy for value-based care and healthcare payer contracting
- Oversee pricing, reserving, forecasting, predictive modeling, and financial reconciliation
- Serve as primary actuarial advisor to Executive Team and Board; client-facing role
- Build and lead a high-performing actuarial organization; drive talent development
- Remote role; requires FSA and 15+ years' related experience

KEY REQUIREMENTS
- FSA (Fellowship of the Society of Actuaries) required
- 15+ years of related actuarial experience with leadership roles
- Prior experience in value-based care, partner/provider analytics, or payer contracting
- Proven executive-level client relationship and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, math, stats, economics, or related field required
