Role Summary

HIGHLIGHTS

Senior retirement-focused analyst supporting actuarial valuation and delivery for US defined benefit pension and retiree welfare plans. You'll aggregate and validate data, support actuarial valuations and forecasts, prepare executive presentations, and work with cross-functional and vendor partners. Hybrid role based in Northboro, MA (also option for Brooklyn, NY).

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Support end-to-end delivery of US pension and retiree welfare valuations
Aggregate, validate, and analyze large pension data sets for actuaries
Prepare executive-level presentations and governance materials
Hybrid role based in Northboro, MA (option for Brooklyn, NY)
Requires Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years' related experience

DOMAIN EXPERTISE

Knowledge of US defined benefit pension plans and retiree welfare rules
Experience with finance and accounting concepts
Analyzing and interpreting large pension data sets
Supporting actuarial valuations and forecasts
Experience preparing executive presentations and governance materials

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree required in Math, Actuarial Science, Finance, or related field
Minimum 5 years of related pension/benefits or analytics experience
Knowledge of US retirement plan legislation, DB pensions and retiree welfare
Strong hands-on MS Excel skills and experience with SAP
Considerable project management skills and ability to work within tight deadlines
