Senior P&C actuarial pricing role on ICW Group’s E&S Actuarial Pricing team. You’ll lead advanced pricing analyses, build and modernize pricing tools, and partner with underwriting and finance on commercial lines (GL, commercial auto) across the US. This senior individual-contributor role requires ACAS and 7+ years of P&C pricing or technical modeling experience.
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Senior actuarial pricing role focused on E&S and commercial lines (GL, commercial auto)
- Lead advanced pricing analyses and develop scalable pricing models and tools
- Work with underwriters on large complex accounts and portfolio/quote negotiations
- Use R, Python, SQL and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) to analyze data
- Senior individual contributor; ACAS required and 7+ years P&C experience
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- P&C pricing and technical modelling
- Commercial lines (GL, Commercial Auto) experience
- E&S market experience
- Pricing of large complex accounts
- Portfolio performance analysis and reinsurance strategy support
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 7+ years of P&C actuarial experience with pricing/modeling focus
- ACAS required; FCAS preferred
- Experience in Commercial Lines (GL, Commercial Auto) and/or E&S markets
- Proficient in R, Python, SQL and @risk; experience with Power BI or Tableau
- Proven ability to lead actuarial projects and partner with underwriting
