JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Develop loss and loss adjustment expense reserves for workers' compensation
- Build rate recommendations and maintain pricing and rate adequacy tools
- Maintain financial forecasts, capital models and ORSA documentation
- Support reinsurance program, NCCI data calls, audits and regulatory filings
- Remote-eligible role with occasional travel to Salem, OR; senior IC level
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Workers' compensation insurance experience
- Actuarial reserving and loss reserve development
- Pricing and rate development and rate adequacy monitoring
- Financial forecasting, ORSA and capital modelling
- Experience with NCCI data calls and reinsurance support
