JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Lead pricing, ratemaking, product development, and advanced analytics for property lines
- Develop predictive models and visualize results to support business decisions
- Lead workstreams and manage/mentor interns
- Prepare support documentation for state rate filings and large-account pricing
- Work collaboratively with underwriting, product, reinsurance, and operations
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Residential property pricing and analytics
- Large-account pricing experience
- Rate filings and regulatory support with Departments of Insurance
- Predictive model development and visualization
- Collaboration with underwriting, product, and reinsurance
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 2–4 years of experience in an actuarial role
- Passage of three or more actuarial exams (goal of ACAS/FCAS)
- Proficiency in Python, R, or SQL
- Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science or STEM
- Authorized to work in the United States
