JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Lead work streams and mentor junior actuarial team members and interns
- Develop rate indications, support large-account pricing and product filings
- Build predictive models and visualize results to support business decisions
- Collaborate with underwriting, product, reinsurance and senior management
- Proficiency in Python, R, or SQL; Microsoft Office suite
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Catastrophe-exposed residential property experience
- Ratemaking and pricing experience
- Experience with product filings and rate documentation
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science or STEM (required)
- 2–4 years of actuarial experience
- Passage of three or more actuarial exams (aiming for ACAS/FCAS)
- Proficient in Python, R, or SQL
- Authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship)
