- Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, or economics (other degrees may be considered)
- Completion of 3 ASA exam equivalents
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Word and Excel
- Access, SQL, Visual Basic or other programming skills
- Actuarial experience in health insurance or related field
