JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Price and analyze Large Group Stop Loss products
- Build actuarial models and perform data mining for pricing assumptions
- Support production of Stop Loss rate filings
- Participate in the UHC Actuarial Leadership Development Program (ALDP)
- Flexible remote work across the U.S.; Minneapolis hires work 4 days/week in office
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Collecting, analyzing, and summarizing quantitative data
- Actuarial work related to pricing and risk assumptions
- Proficiency with SQL, SAS, and/or VBA
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of actuarial experience
- Passed at least 2 SOA actuarial exams and actively progressing
- Undergraduate degree in a quantitative discipline
- Proficiency with SQL, SAS, and/or VBA
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
