JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Develop and maintain homeowners pricing models and databases
Prepare state and countrywide pricing analyses and ultimate loss projections
Partner with Product Managers on product launches and rate filings
Use SQL and R or Python for data prep and pricing analytics
Senior individual-contributor role reporting to the Lead Actuary

Homeowners pricing
Developing pricing indications for personal lines
State-level profitability analysis
Rate filing preparation and regulator coordination

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of 2 actuarial exams completed
1+ years of primary insurance pricing experience
Experience with SQL and R or Python required
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel required
