JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Build financial and risk models for value-based care and at-risk contracts
- Develop dynamic pricing and underwriting frameworks using GLM/GBM
- Deploy and monitor predictive models in production with MLOps
- Partner with senior business leaders to quantify ROI and financial impact
- Lead and mentor data scientists and analysts, promoting model governance
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Healthcare cost forecasting and utilization modeling
- Pricing at-risk contracts and value-based care modeling
- Deploying predictive models in production (MLOps)
- Working with large, complex datasets using big data technologies
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of progressive experience in forecasting and quantitative risk modeling
- Advanced Python proficiency and strong SQL skills
- Experience deploying and monitoring predictive models in production (MLOps)
- Experience with large, complex datasets and big data technologies
- Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related
