- Lead pricing initiatives for large and complex Pension Risk Transfer (PRT) deals
- Develop custom pricing strategies with ALM and Office of Investments
- Review bids and set demographic assumptions using AXIS and Excel
- Senior role with responsibility for developing junior associates
- On-site/hybrid in Columbus, OH, or remote (U.S. candidates)
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- pension risk transfer (PRT) pricing
- ALM or investments actuarial experience
- pricing large and complex pension buyout deals
- setting demographic assumptions (mortality, withdrawal, retirement)
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Typically at least 8 years of actuarial experience
- FSA designation required
- Experience in pension risk transfer (PRT), ALM, or investments actuarial roles
- Proficiency with Excel and VBA; experience with AXIS
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship
