JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Perform statutory and US GAAP annuity valuation and reserve analysis
- Develop and maintain valuation models in GGY AXIS
- Own assumption governance, model execution, validation, and documentation
- Hybrid role – 3 days in office per week in Durham, NC
- Senior role requiring FSA and 10+ years' valuation experience
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- GGY AXIS model development and production for annuities
- FSA designation with annuity valuation experience
- 10+ years of actuarial valuation experience
- U.S. Statutory and U.S. GAAP valuation frameworks
- PBR methodologies such as VM-20/VM-21/VM-22
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- FSA designation required with strong annuity valuation background
- 10+ years of actuarial experience in valuation
- Deep expertise with GGY AXIS model development and production
- Strong understanding of U.S. Statutory and U.S. GAAP frameworks
- Knowledge of PBR methodologies (VM-20/VM-21/VM-22)
