Senior actuarial analyst (Health) supporting Strive's value-based care risk partnerships in Pittsburgh (hybrid). You will audit client data, quantify the impact of imperfect data on risk settlements, and present findings to internal and external stakeholders. The role reports to the Sr. Director, Actuarial and includes actuarial study program support.
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Audit and validate client healthcare data for value-based care risk partnerships
- Quantify the impact of data issues on risk settlements and shared savings
- Present models and insights to internal teams and external partners
- Hybrid role: work from home with required in-person/onsite visits
- Ideal for a candidate with 3+ actuarial exams and 2+ years in actuarial/health analytics
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Actuarial services or Healthcare Economics experience
- Experience auditing client data and quantifying data impact
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
- 2+ years experience in Actuarial services, Healthcare Economics, or related field
- Minimum three completed actuarial exams
- Eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship
