Senior actuarial analyst (Health) supporting Strive's risk partnerships from Raleigh, NC. You will audit client-provided medical data, quantify the impact of imperfect data on risk settlements, and communicate findings to internal and external stakeholders. The role partners with Finance, Client Success, and Growth and includes an actuarial study program to support exam progress.
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Audit client medical data for completeness and accuracy for risk partnerships
- Quantify impact of data issues on risk settlements and material changes
- Present analyses and models to internal and external stakeholders
- Hybrid-remote role based in Raleigh, NC with travel as needed
- Includes actuarial study program and professional development stipend
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Actuarial services or healthcare economics experience
- Experience auditing medical claims or healthcare data
- Familiarity with value-based care and risk settlement concepts
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in actuarial services, healthcare economics, or related
- Minimum three completed actuarial exams
- Ability to travel and be onsite to meet business needs
- Eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship
