Senior health actuarial analyst supporting Strive Health’s risk partnerships. You will audit client data, quantify the impact of imperfect data on risk settlements, and communicate findings to internal and external stakeholders. The role is Seattle-based with hybrid-remote flexibility and reports to the Sr. Director, Actuarial.
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Audit client healthcare data and quantify impact of incomplete or inaccurate data
- Support risk settlements and value-based care partnerships (CMS shared savings focus)
- Partner with Finance, Client Success, and Growth to surface data-driven opportunities
- Hybrid role – work from home with in-person needs at office, clinic, or patient homes
- Ideal for candidates with 2+ years in actuarial or healthcare economics and 3+ exams
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Actuarial services experience
- Healthcare economics experience
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
- 2+ years experience in Actuarial services, Healthcare Economics, or related field
- Minimum three completed actuarial exams
- Ability to travel and be onsite to meet business needs
- Eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship (no sponsorship available)
