Senior Life actuarial data engineer supporting Lincoln's Life Actuarial Architecture & Transformation team in Radnor, PA. You will design data warehouses, build automated reporting and reserve analytics solutions, and apply modern data science techniques to improve financial reporting and actuarial processes. Hybrid role (3 days/week in office).
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
- Design and implement data solutions for life actuarial reporting and reserve analytics
- Develop data warehouses, automation, and proof-of-concept analytics builds
- Use modern data science techniques and platforms (Python, SQL, Spark, Dataiku)
- Hybrid role — 3 days per week in a Lincoln office
- Senior-level role requiring 5+ years and an undergraduate quantitative degree
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- Data warehousing and analytics for actuarial use cases
- Reserve analytics and actuarial reserving processes
- Financial reporting data solutions for life actuarial teams
- Automation of manual actuarial deliverables and reporting
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 5-7+ years of relevant experience
- Undergraduate degree in Actuarial Science, Math, CS, Data Science or related required
- Ability to lead design and implementation of actuarial data engineering solutions
- Hybrid work arrangement — 3 days/week in office
